Work Teams
Our little work team of 3, Hart, Lynn and Carolyn, will be leaving for The Lion of Judah Academy on July 6th. Hart will stay for 3 weeks and Lynn and Carolyn will return August 4th.
Please pray for:
* all the details to work out with transportation and lodging as we travel
* all of our baggage to be there at our destination in Mwanza, then back to the US
* all of our visas to be confirmed and returned in time
* all of us to have good health and safety prior to and during our trip
Summer 2009 is going to be a busy season. We already have two groups coming to work at the
school! This is very exciting, but will require a lot of work, so please pray for the planning of those groups to go well as they begin preparations.

Greetings from Lion of Judah Academy and Lion of Judah Ministries
A BIG THANKS to all of you who are praying for and donating to The Lion of Judah Academy. Without you the school would not be able to continue with scholarships or buildings. You are such a blessing!
Prayers Really Needed
We need your help to pray for teachers. There is a shortage of high quality teachers and several have left our school to go to other private schools that are paying much higher salaries. Since we have so many children on scholarships we are only able to pay our teachers at the government salary scale level. We need either large donations to raise the teacher’s salary or we need to include teachers from the US and other countries. If you feel God calling you or you know of someone interested in missionary work, please let us know. Teachers are needed for any length of time from one month to several years. We especially need science teachers.

We are so excited about the progress of the Lion of Judah Academy Secondary School. Mtebe is working hard to get enough finished so we can be accredited in time for the National Exams.

Progress is also being made on teacher’s housing. The latest teacher’s house is reaching completion.
