The shore of Lake Victoria is clearly seen, with the Lake itself in the background. Almost all of the buildings in this photo are school buildings, and much of the land you can see between those buildings and the large stand of trees in the center, are part of The Lion of Judah Academy campus. The campus also extends for some distance out of the photo to the left. There are no buildings there yet, but that is where the secondary school will be constructed.
All the school buildings are painted in a light yellow color. The long buildings on the left are the three classroom buildings...the smaller buildings spread across the foreground are teachers' houses. The unfinished construction near the bottom of the photo, stretching from the center to the right, is the dormitory. When completed, the dormitory will extend toward the Lake, about 2/3's of the way to the teacher's house nearest to it. The other roofs in the foreground are homes which have been built since the school started, by people who want to live near the school because they know it will be a safe, positive environment.
