No school can succeed without quality teachers and a great staff. One of the chief strategies of The Lion of Judah Academy is to attract outstanding African teachers who share the vision of the school, who are well-educated, who have strong Christian testimonies and who are able to speak and teach in English.
This has proven to be a difficult mix to find, but God has provided his staff ... and the school is surpassing all expectations in virtually every area.
In order to meet government standards teachers must have attended high school and attended a one or two year teachers' training college. All of our teachers meet, and most substantially exceed, that minimum standard. All are committed Christians who have been looking for a teaching environment which not only allows them to genuinely teach and care for children, but also to teach within the context of the Christian faith.
